Salads?!

You may be surprised to find out that being vegan or even vegetarian doesn't mean eating a lot of salads. I never eat salads. Well not the kind most people think of anyway. First of all there's close to zero nutritional value in iceberg lettuce so can that..My salads are colorful and flavorful and full of the earths yummies. Also I will have a salad for dinner if anything usually because I don't need much for the evening. I save my higher calories for during the day when I need them.

Lets see what I did I have on it today, it was all organic of course..spinach, red peper, carrots, blue berries, shreded almonds, flax seed, sprouts, tomato oh and don't forget your protein..I added a nice veggie burger on top and broke it up into tiny pieces. A nice sesame dressing and gobbled it right up.YUM!

Yeah so it's about time I started a blog

Guess I just felt ready to do it. Gotta get those random thoughts out right? I should mention I don't care about spelling at this point, I have minutes at a time to type and everything on here will be MY opinion only. I'm NOT 'normal' or like many others and there's nothing wrong with that :) I chose the title One Body for many reasons but it can mean whatever you want it to, use your own imagination. I always liked writing and I'm glad to venture into it again. So take what you want and leave the rest!

It's as easy as making toast!

why do people spend money they don't have to? For instance croutons..we actually pay $ for toast with loads of salt..gross! I'm sure you already have a nice healthy bread in the house, just toast up once slice, then cut it into very small pieces or crush and rip with your hands and presto croutons! As for the flavor just drizzle dressing of your choice, you can easily make your own by the way and save on packaging. There you go!
