love being vegan..what a lunch today

I really should have taken a picture of this one because my goodness it was pretty and good! I put fresh strawberries from strawberry picking yesturday into the vitamix with a little ice and made an awsome kind of virgin dacquri..mm my sandwhich was on cibatta bread nice and fresh, with basil (home grown) tomato and avacado from the local organic farmers market, little bit of veganise on this and it was heaven. Ok ok yes there was a desert...coconut base homemade in vitamix ice cream with the strawberry dac. drizzled on top..OH MY!
